Actually, most of the floor workers did not live on site, rather they lived in the nearby areas/towns. They did have dorms on site, but only the management stays there (the managers are usually more experienced Chinese citizens from the parent company.)
Did the factory workers live on site? Usually they do. That factory looked incredibly clean!!
